Shibuya Tokyu Rei Hotel Tokyo

The hotel may not offer extravagant features, but the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided. The fast and free wifi, along with a fridge, kettle, and phone charger in the room, ensure that you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Felt fine, no complaints.

This hotel is conveniently located very near to the shopping area and train station in Shibuya. You can easily access all the shopping options and transportation options. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are functional. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making your stay comfortable. The breakfast offered is superb with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel provides amenities like a robe, slippers, and complimentary bottled water.

Some guests mentioned that the pillows could have been a bit fluffier.

The location near train station. Staff were nice and pro. Loaned umbrellas when it rained. Close to great shops and dining. Multi-adapter charger in room.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to Shibuya crossing and surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the amenities provided, like the toothbrushes and robes. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. We also loved the convenience of having the entrance to Shibuya Station just steps away from the hotel. I highly recommend staying at Shibuya Tokyu Rei for a good Tokyo experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very convenient area. The hotel is really close to Shibuya station and the famous Shibuya shopping area, making it a great location for exploring and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great mix of Western and Asian food, satisfying different preferences.

Great location near subway, Bic Camera, Family Mart, restaurants, and Shibuya crossing. Convenient washing machine onsite. Check-in process with machine. Room had 2 single beds instead of double and amenities like toothbrush, brush, and Q-tips. Strong shower water pressure, heated toilet seat, and bidet. Good AC, but had personal travel fan. 11th floor noise was soothing. Close to many restaurants and Shibuya Station entrance. Pleasant 5-night stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the last part of my Japan trip and I was pleasantly surprised. the location of this hotel was unbeatable. It was conveniently located near the station in a very convenient area. The Hachiko exit of Shibuya was just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, despite the small space. I had a room with two single beds and they were surprisingly comfortable. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that needed improvement.
